Job Summary:
Checkmarx is a leader in application security, providing cloud-native AppSec solutions. We are looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer Intern who will be responsible for resolving customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve new and escalated incidents efficiently.
• Own and track customer issues using Salesforce.
• Conduct regular issue review meetings with development teams.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients.
• Proactively seek to exceed customer expectations for high satisfaction ratings.
• Review support materials such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
• Manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
• Represent customer issues internally and act as a liaison for the company.
• Willingness to work alternative hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues.
• Experience working with Windows Server OS and Linux.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to quickly learn technical troubleshooting in a multi-platform environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
• Experience with authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OKTA).
• Knowledge of SCM, build management, and CI tools.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges.
• Willingness to go beyond assigned duties.
