Job Description
Join the newly launched Pune innovation center and be a part of real-world development projects in Go, React, Docker, and Kubernetes. As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to the creation and enhancement of secure cloud-native applications used by Fortune 100 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain product features.
- Contribute code using clean coding principles and secure design patterns (SOLID).
- Participate in code reviews and Agile sprint activities (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
- Work on bug fixes and implement features using Go, ReactJS, and Docker.
- Gain hands-on exposure to microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in production support and debugging real-world issues.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or graduate of elite tech programs.
- Strong academic performance and hunger to grow in the software development field.
Experience
- 0–2 years in software development (internships and projects count).
- Portfolio or GitHub contributions are a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Programming: Go, Java, Python, or JavaScript/ReactJS.
- Basic knowledge of OOP, data structures, and software design.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux, Docker, and Agile workflows.
- Interest in microservices, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, a growth mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Team player with attention to detail and responsibility.
- Open to feedback in a collaborative engineering culture.
