Job Description:
CData is hiring a Technical Support Engineer II to assist with technical issues related to ODBC/JDBC/ADO.NET drivers and enterprise data applications. The candidate will work through email, chat, and phone support to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate problems as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or engineering teams
• Document technical knowledge and create manuals
• Perform basic code analysis or debug projects
• Understand customer requirements and design mapping flows accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and write code in at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python preferred)
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts (JOIN, aggregation, etc.)
• Experience in any Linux environment, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps is a plus
• Knowledge of APIs and data models
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on SLAs and client requirements
