About the Role – PLM Engineer
We are seeking a self-driven Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer to support PLM/PDM consulting, implementation, and integration projects.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Autodesk Fusion Manage, Vault, and Upchain, while working with global engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. PLM / PDM Consultancy

  • Map, document, and optimize product development workflows.
  • Work with Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management (ECM), document control, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Assist in product release workflows and approval systems.

2. System Support & Collaboration

  • Collaborate between design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Configure PLM workflows and data models based on manufacturing best practices.
  • Support deployment and onboarding for Autodesk PLM tools.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and user guides.

3. Integration (Nice to Have)

  • Design and implement PLM-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Synchronize BOMs, documents, ECOs, and material data.
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, and middleware like Boomi or MuleSoft.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in PLM implementation or manufacturing engineering.
  • Understanding of product development, revision, and release processes.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new systems.

Nice to Have

  • Programming: C# (.NET), JavaScript, API integration (REST/JSON/XML).

Must Have

  • Understanding of PLM usage in manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
