Job Description:

Capco is hiring an experienced SRE Engineer for its Bangalore location to support and scale mission-critical platforms. As part of a global tech team, you'll collaborate across functions to improve system reliability, performance, and automation in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support over 8,000+ users
• Develop and manage Grafana Dashboards and monitoring tools focused on performance and issue prevention
• Implement automation to streamline daily operational processes
• Lead system stability improvements and performance tuning initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to enhance internal tooling
• Troubleshoot and support production incidents in coordination with global SRE teams

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems
• Strong scripting experience with Python
• Expertise with Grafana and dashboard creation
• Strong SQL and database management systems (DBMS) knowledge
• Experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Support environments
• Understanding of agile development and managed services culture
• Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, and knowledge management platforms
• Cloud skills in AWS, Azure, or Snowflake (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
