Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer with strong experience in cloud deployment, architecture, and automation within the banking and financial services domain. The role involves designing and delivering secure, scalable cloud platforms and infrastructure aligned to the needs of enterprise banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy secure, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure for banking applications
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and application monitoring
- Build infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Ensure compliance with ISMS/QMS and bank-specific security controls
- Support containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and ECS
- Design cloud-native microservices-based architectures
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and automated backup strategies
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, scalability, and performance
- Enable cloud governance and documentation for audit readiness
Skills Required
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.)
- Experience in DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or similar tools
- Hands-on expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
- Strong scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or Bash
- Deep understanding of cloud security, network architecture, and banking IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly preferred
