Bridgenext is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to support customer project deployments across AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.

Role

• Support customer project deployments in AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), and Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions
• Identify areas for improvement in system performance, reliability, and security
• Conduct regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy new code to the production environment
• Manage incident response with engineers and clients
• Work in rotating 24/7 shifts

Skills

• Familiarity with technologies like Linux, Git, Ruby, Bash, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, MySQL, Solr, Apache Tomcat, Java, Graylog, Kibana, Zabbix, and Datadog
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a cloud-based application environment
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role
