Bridgenext is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to work with customer deployments on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This is a highly collaborative role involving system optimization, incident response, and cloud infrastructure management—ideal for engineers passionate about DevOps, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cloud project deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Collaborate with developers to design scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure
- Conduct system performance testing and capacity planning
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of cloud systems
- Maintain detailed documentation and cloud architecture workflows
- Manage deployment pipelines and incident resolution
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotations
Skills & Technologies:
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Tools: Kubernetes, MySQL, Solr, Apache Tomcat, Git, Bash, Ruby
- Monitoring: Graylog, Kibana, Zabbix, Datadog
- Systems: Linux administration, shell scripting
- Strong client communication & troubleshooting ability
- Experience in cloud security and performance optimization
