Job Description:

Bloom Energy, a pioneer in clean, reliable energy technology, is hiring a Junior Engineer – IT to join their world-class team in Bangalore. This role involves supporting internal IT systems, hardware, and software while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on Windows, macOS, Linux, virtual desktops, mobile OS, and printers
• Handle end-user queries via phone, email, or chat with timely resolution
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices
• Provide technical assistance and training to users
• Document ticket status and provide updates to customers and management
• Maintain SOPs and customer service guidelines for desktop support

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux OS
• Understanding of network protocols and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of automation tools and scripting
