Job Description:

Bloom Energy is looking for a dynamic Service Desk Engineer to join its world-class team. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates early in their IT careers. You will be working on diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, supporting end users, and contributing to IT infrastructure improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, virtual desktops, printers, etc.
• Handle incoming IT support requests via phone, email, or chat
• Provide technical support for both local and remote employees
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, printers
• Document issues and resolutions in line with case management guidelines
• Contribute to SOPs, best practices, and customer service standards
• Offer training and support for new systems or applications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Understanding of network protocols
• Basic scripting and automation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
