About the Role:
Blackbaud is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation, cloud platforms, and operational excellence. You will work within the Infrastructure Engineering & Cloud Operations (IECO) team, building resilient systems that support global non-profit and education-focused applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and integration tools
- Develop secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
- Drive cost-efficient, high-performance infrastructure design
- Handle production-critical incidents with 24x7 availability
- Innovate and improve cloud orchestration using tools like PowerShell, Python
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience with web technologies: JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, AJAX
- Strong background in Microsoft Azure and cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Deep knowledge of scripting tools: PowerShell, Python, Perl, etc.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining 24x7 cloud environments
- Secure coding practices and large-scale operational deployment experience
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
