Job Description:
Barclays is hiring a DevOps Software Engineer to drive the evolution of its digital infrastructure. In this role, you'll build, automate, and secure scalable pipelines and cloud-native solutions powering next-gen banking. You will work with technologies like Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Implement DevOps automation tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, CHEF
• Manage API Security via OAuth2/OpenID
• Administer web and application servers: Apache, JBOSS
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/OpenShift) and database systems (MS SQL Server)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, maintainable, and high-performance software
• Participate in agile development, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Apply best practices in risk mitigation, secure coding, and testing
• Log analysis using ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
