Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Implementation: Develop and manage DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, Gradle, and Maven.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage PaaS and multi-cloud environments (AWS, OpenShift).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Work with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Automation: Drive an automation-first mindset for infrastructure and application management.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement tools like AppDynamics, ELK, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS XRay.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Secure Coding: Ensure adherence to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data.
• Testing: Promote test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing for code quality.

Qualifications

• Strong DevOps knowledge: Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and automation.
• Programming Skills: Experience with Java, Go, or similar languages.
• IaC Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• End-to-End Infrastructure Understanding: Networking, firewalls, load balancers, and application servers.
• Excellent Problem-Solving: Ability to triage complex issues and drive them to resolution.
• Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
