Job Description:

Join AXA XL, one of the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance brands, as a Platform Engineer based in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing Salesforce platforms, supporting global teams, and contributing to the success of digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with agile delivery teams, security experts, and business stakeholders to provide seamless, secure, and high-performance Salesforce environments critical to business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Platform Management:
  Customize and configure Salesforce platforms using custom objects, validation rules, flows, workflows, and Apex triggers.

• User Access and Security:
  Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions ensuring data security and compliance. Manage SSO integrations, certificates, and key encryption methods.

• Data Operations:
  Handle data import, export, cleanup, deduplication, and integrity management within Salesforce environments.

• Monitoring and Optimization:
  Use Dynatrace and Salesforce Optimizer tools to monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve platform issues.

• Automation and Deployment:
  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Automate workflows and business processes using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Salesforce Flows.

• Integration Management:
  Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal applications ensuring seamless data flow and business process automation.

• Security Management:
  Onboard privileged users via CyberArk and manage service account credentials through Azure Key Vault or CyberArk Safe. Support for penetration testing and audit requirements.

• Training and Documentation:
  Develop user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation. Provide ongoing user support and platform training sessions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on Salesforce Admin/Developer experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).
• Expertise with Dynatrace, CommVault backup systems, Salesforce Shield Encryption.
• Experience managing SSO, certificates, and key vaults like Azure Key Vault.
• Strong familiarity with CyberArk for privileged access management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Project management skills — planning, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and agile work environments.
