About the Role

The Cloud DevOps team at AVEVA is responsible for the operation and performance of all AVEVA Cloud Solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

As a Cloud DevOps Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll collaborate with global teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud environments while learning from experienced DevOps professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of the global cloud operations team, providing support for AVEVA Cloud Solutions.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and automation activities.
• Maintain clear and accurate DevOps documentation.
• Contribute to monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes – sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Deploy industrial solutions into AVEVA Cloud or customer environments.
• Assist in maintaining high service availability (SLA) for cloud systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) with 70% aggregate or above, no backlogs.
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have Skills

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.
