Role Overview

As a Cloud DevOps Intern within AVEVA’s Research & Development (R&D) division, you will gain hands-on exposure to cloud operations, automation, and DevOps engineering practices. This role provides an opportunity to support cloud deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, and scalability improvements for enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation of AVEVA’s global Cloud Solutions ensuring SLA targets.
• Participate in cloud deployments, monitoring, and release management.
• Maintain accurate DevOps operational documentation.
• Engage in Scrum activities – sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
• Deploy industrial solutions into cloud or customer environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and collaborate with global teams.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology (70% or above, no backlogs).
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and automation tools.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
