Job Description:
Assurant is hiring an Associate Software Developer with a strong focus on automation testing and Microsoft-based technologies. Join a dynamic US-based team delivering high-quality testing solutions for enterprise software. This position is ideal for those who want to grow in QA automation, Selenium, and C#-based development.

Responsibilities:

• 50% work on WinForm desktop automation suite
• 15% contribute to web application & web services automation
• 25% collaborate with QA and BA to enhance test coverage
• 10% participate in team ceremonies (Scrum, Planning, Retrospectives)

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and C# (1+ years)
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation (1–2 years)
• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining automation test suites
• Familiarity with Microsoft ADO or Jira for managing user stories and test cases
• Excellent communication skills in English for US-based collaboration
• Stable internet connection for remote meetings (Teams/Zoom)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Ranorex for desktop automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Playwright
• Knowledge of Postman for API testing
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
