πŸš€ Role Overview:

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Oracle, you'll be a key part of the Global Customer HUB (HUB), delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s customer base. You’ll act as an advocate for customer needs, managing service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolutions.

πŸ“ Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incoming service requests during active shifts
  • Provide verbal and written translations for local language support when needed
  • Research and troubleshoot customer entitlement and support issues using Oracle systems
  • Maintain high-quality standards when updating and managing service requests (SRs)
  • Monitor specific queues for unassigned or exception SRs, routing and assigning appropriately
  • Handle customer escalations using documented escalation processes
  • Encourage customers to use the support portal and communicate in English for SR resolution
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and knowledge management initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments for problem resolution and knowledge sharing

πŸ› οΈ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (Call center experience preferred)
  • Language: Proficiency in English (Additional languages are a plus)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong and confident communicator with excellent telephone etiquette
    • Ability to write clear and concise email responses
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Proactive and customer-focused attitude
