Experience: 2+ years in engineering software environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with real-world engineering simulation projects and Ansys software integration
• Use Ansys AI-based platforms to support customer needs and problem-solving
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful software adoption
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Contribute to technical content updates and documentation
• Report defects and suggest product improvements
• Participate in testing of new releases and features
• Stay updated on AI-based technologies in engineering simulation
• Engage in professional development and strategic initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Reacting Flow, and Thermodynamics
• Experience with Ansys Fluids software or other commercial CAE tools
• Proficiency in numerical modeling and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• 2-3 years in customer-facing roles using engineering simulation software
• Experience with Ansys Workbench, Fluent, CFX, and SpaceClaim
• Knowledge of multiphase and reacting flow physics
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%
