Role Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer in the Ansys Customer Excellence team, you will assist global clients with integrating Ansys simulation software into their workflows. This role requires engineering acumen, problem-solving ability, and customer focus to help deliver innovative, simulation-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in using Ansys products to solve real-world engineering challenges.
• Use Ansys technical support tools such as Ansys Innovation Space and AnsysGPT to provide solutions.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through timely, accurate responses.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Ansys products and simulation domains.
• Create and manage reusable support workflows, content, and technical documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related discipline.
• MS with 0 years or BS with 2+ years of experience in engineering software environments.
• Familiarity with Ansys tools or equivalent CAE, CAD, PLM, or EDA platforms.
• Logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and time management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years or PhD with 0+ years of experience.
• Engineering background in electronics or electromagnetics.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
