Job Description

Alstom is a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions, developing high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and digital mobility systems. The Graduate Engineer Trainee will work closely with manufacturing, testing, and engineering teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the conformity of manufactured products as per specifications.
• Adhere to quality standards and processes.
• Support manufacturing teams in achieving first-time-right production.
• Implement Alstom's quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply).
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of assembly processes and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with quality tools (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, ISO/TS, PFMEA).
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of Catia, SPC, and MSA is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in English.
