What You’ll Do:

• Support and maintain global production environments with a focus on automation and high availability
• Install, configure, upgrade custom and packaged applications
• Monitor application performance and resolve stability issues
• Respond to 24/7 on-call support, rotating shifts
• Collaborate across teams and vendors to provide technical support
• Automate build and release processes
• Engage in technical blogging, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and community projects

Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 8+ years of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering experience
• Strong Linux OS knowledge
• Hands-on with Docker, Git, and AWS (Azure preferred)
• Scripting in Python, Ruby, Perl, or similar
• Experience with:
  • Containers (Docker, Rkt, LXC)
  • Orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Apache Mesos)
  • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, NewRelic, Splunk, Grafana)
  • Configuration management (Chef, Ansible)
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
  • Managed DBs (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB)
