Role Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer – Video, you will provide expert-level support for Adobe’s Digital Media & Video products, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers via chat and voice support, and enhance adoption of Adobe products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support requests for Adobe’s Digital Imaging and Video products, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Character Animator, Premiere Rush, and Media Encoder.
  • Resolve customer issues through voice and chat support, ensuring first-time resolution.
  • Communicate product value to customers, supporting conversions, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional online support for global customers.
  • Document all customer interactions in the case tracking system, ensuring clear and detailed written records in English.
  • Assist customers with OS and application operations related to Adobe product usage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) with a typing speed of 50+ WPM.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues.
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting software on Windows and Mac OS.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools (MS Config, Task Manager, Event Viewer, Networking fundamentals).
  • Cultural awareness, especially in handling global customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in training and knowledge-sharing within teams.
  • General knowledge of Adobe Digital Media products, with advanced expertise in at least one product being an advantage.
