About the Role:
We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance New Associate with skills in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. You will be part of a team supporting client compliance efforts through detailed customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and regulatory verification tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform KYC/ECDD/OCDD reviews with precision and objectivity.
- Support onboarding and monitoring of customer/business relationships.
- Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources for compliance checks.
- Execute tasks based on provided guidelines and standard procedures.
- Collaborate within your immediate team and under direct supervision.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduation
- Experience: 0 to 1 year in compliance or KYC-related roles
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Emotional resilience and high attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes without personal bias
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with ECDD/OCDD procedures
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-compliance environments
Note: This is an entry-level position. You will be an individual contributor working within a narrow scope and under supervision.
