Role Overview: Associate Software Engineer (ASE)
Join a dynamic team that develops, designs, and maintains technologies improving how the world works. You’ll use your versatility to create and support tech solutions from analysis to implementation.
What You Would Do:
- Design, build, test, and configure applications using business requirements.
- Understand business drivers and deliver high-performance solutions.
- Stay updated with technology trends and integrate them into solutions.
- Resolve incidents and support customers via voice/email/chat/remote access.
What We Need:
- Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues.
- Multi-disciplinary, adaptable, and fast learner.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Deliver quality code and participate in peer reviews.
- Own the implementation of solutions.
- Support IT infrastructure and production systems.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in 24x7 shifts as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com configuration/customization.
- Working knowledge of J2EE and full-stack development.
- Experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Test automation engineering and usability testing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degrees: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT/Data Science/etc.
- Year of pass out: Any year up to 2024.
- No active backlogs.
- Max 23 months of full-time experience.
- No participation in Accenture recruitment in the last 3 months.
- Must have completed degree in standard duration (e.g. 4-year B.Tech in 4 years).
- Indian citizenship required (Bhutan & Nepal nationals eligible; others need work visa or OCI/PIO).
