Job Description

Accenture is hiring Associate Software Engineers to develop, design, and maintain technology solutions that enhance client experiences. The role involves software development, automation, incident resolution, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and configure applications based on business requirements.
• Understand business drivers that impact performance and deliver software accordingly.
• Integrate technology trends into solutions and develop automation functionalities.
• Handle incident resolution and provide customer support via voice/email/chat.

Skills & Preferred Knowledge

Must-Have:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate and work in 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis.
• Experience in Salesforce.com application customization and configuration.
• Knowledge of J2EE, full-stack development, .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
• Test automation engineering, including test design, processes, and execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications).
• Experience: Freshers (0-23 months of full-time experience).
• Backlogs: No active backlogs.
• Repeat Applications: Candidates should not have appeared for Accenture’s recruitment assessment in the last 3 months.
• Course Duration: No gaps allowed in the degree timeline (e.g., a 4-year B.Tech must be completed in 4 years).
• Citizenship: Indian citizens only. (Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work without a visa).
