Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer (ASE), you will design, build, test, and support applications, working with cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for software development, automation, troubleshooting, and client support in dynamic, real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and configure applications using business requirements.
• Deliver code with quality, performance, and scalability in mind.
• Participate in peer reviews, automation, and solution integration.
• Provide support for incident resolution via chat, voice, or remote support.
• Contribute to automation solutions and integrate new technologies.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility to relocate across India and work in 24x7 shifts.
• Preferred knowledge in:
  • ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP
  • Salesforce configuration/customization
  • J2EE / Full-stack development
  • .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC)
  • Test automation engineering

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (CS, IT, Data Science, Computer Applications) (any pass-out year till 2024).
• No active backlogs at the time of application/onboarding.
• Maximum 23 months of experience allowed.
• No participation in Accenture assessments/interviews in the past 3 months.
• Must complete degree in stipulated duration (no academic gaps).
• Indian citizenship (Bhutan & Nepal nationals eligible without visa; other foreign nationals need work visa/OCI/PIO).

Assessment Process

• Mock Assessment: 20 minutes (mandatory practice test).
• Assessment 1: Cognitive & Technical (90 minutes):
  • English, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Abstract Reasoning
  • Technical: MS Office, Pseudocode, Networking, Security, Cloud
• Assessment 2: Coding Test (45 minutes):
  • Solve 2 problems using C, C++, Java, Python, or .NET
• Assessment 3: Communication Test (30 minutes):
  • Sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation
• Interviews: Shortlisted candidates proceed to final HR/Tech rounds.
