Job Summary

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide service desk voice support and manage service desk operations to maintain world-class system performance. You will act as the interface between the client and the system or application, ensuring issues are accurately defined and resolved using deep product knowledge.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide service desk voice support, interfacing directly with clients to define and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage service desk operations to ensure exceptional system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize deep product knowledge to interpret issues and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in service desk management and cloud technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must Have Skills:

    • Service Desk Voice Support
    • Service Desk Management
  • Good to Have Skills:

    • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
  • Strong understanding of service desk operations and client issue resolution.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Solid grasp of advancements in cloud technologies and their application to service desk management.


Additional Information

  • Minimum of 2 years experience required in Service Desk Management.
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful service desk solutions.
  • This role is based at the Bengaluru office.
