The Team & Role

Join Zuora’s Operations team and play a key role in maintaining the reliability, scalability, and performance of our SaaS platform. As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you’ll work with cloud-native technologies and collaborate with Product Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and other teams to ensure top-tier system availability and performance.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Architect and implement automation workflows for infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Leverage AI/ML for predictive monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Lead incident responses and root cause analysis, applying automation for long-term stability.
• Build resilient CI/CD pipelines, enforcing infrastructure standards.
• Identify and eliminate reliability bottlenecks with automated performance tuning.
• Stay current with AIOps, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Kafka, MySQL, Oracle, REDIS, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques for system health monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills, focused on reliability and operational excellence.

Nice to Have:

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
• AWS Certification, Docker Certified Associate (DCA).
• Experience with Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, and Terraform.
