Key Responsibilities:

• Design, automate and maintain CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions (test, build, deploy)
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Route 53) with high availability and cost awareness
• Containerise services with Docker and orchestrate them in Kubernetes (Helm charts, rolling updates, zero-downtime deployments)
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation, including secret management and IAM policies
• Set up monitoring and logging with Prometheus + Grafana and ELK/EFK stack; create actionable alerts
• Secure all environments end-to-end: SSL/TLS, vulnerability scans, OS patching, container hardening
• Package and distribute desktop application builds through automated pipelines
• Drive incident response, root-cause analysis and SLO improvement
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in an agile remote setup

Must-have:

• 1–3 years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience
• Proficiency with AWS core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Strong Docker skills and Kubernetes fundamentals
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Linux admin, networking (NGINX/Traefik), scripting (Bash/Python)
• Understanding of container security, IAM best practices and secrets management
• Git and agile collaboration

• Helm, Argo CD or Flux for GitOps
• Desktop app release automation (NSIS, AppImage, DMG)
• GCP or Azure exposure, multi-cloud failover
• Cost monitoring tools
• Observability-as-Code, Karpenter/KEDA autoscaling, Sentry
