Job Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical specifications to understand testing scope
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases for Android, iOS, and Web applications
• Execute functional, regression, and system tests; automate API testing
• Track, document, and manage bugs and issues using QA tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to ensure product quality
• Maintain QA metrics like defect density and resolution time
• Stay up-to-date with emerging testing strategies, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Software QA or Automation roles
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, black box & white box testing
• Proficient with tools like Selenium, Appium, UFT, or Ranorex
• Experience testing across mobile (Android/iOS) and web platforms
• Automation experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiar with SQL for data validation
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Telecom domain knowledge (preferred but not required)
