Role: DevOps Engineer 1 (Full-Time | Technology Team)

We are looking for a passionate and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our fast-scaling technology team in Bengaluru. This role involves working with cutting-edge tools and cloud-native technologies to develop the next generation of investment products.

You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and financial experts to build advanced systems that power millions of users across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and implement new DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and deployment technologies.
• Monitor production infrastructure and troubleshoot system and application-level issues.
• Document best practices, operational workflows, and DevOps processes.
• Contribute to the internal DevOps community by writing blogs, presenting solutions, and contributing to open-source projects.
• Assist with improving CI/CD workflows, infrastructure performance, and deployment reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or system operations.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and server architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and web architecture (Cloud Computing, VPCs, Load Balancing, API Gateways, DNS).
• Knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of tools and technologies used in cloud-based development.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Interest or experience in the financial markets / stock trading ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud & DevOps tools such as:
  ArgoCD, Argo Workflow, AWS CDK, CDK8s, Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation.
• Hands-on with AWS services including EC2, ELB/ALB, S3, VPC, CloudFront, Route53.
• Familiarity with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Scripting experience using Bash or Python.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, container orchestration, or infrastructure automation.
