What You'll Be Doing

• Regularly troubleshoot access control system issues
• Troubleshoot basic networking problems
• Maintain records and document maintenance activity
• Assist the Systems and Technology Lead during new construction projects to determine layout for security equipment (badge readers, cameras)
• Partner with Workplace Experience and IT teams to resolve issues related to access control or CCTV systems
• Potential to travel up to 10% of the year

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience with access control systems programming
• Basic understanding of doors, door hardware, and electric/electro-mechanical locking systems
• Experience with setting up IP camera systems and network video recorders
• Ability to support work in multiple time zones
• Must be highly adaptable and flexible

Basic Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience with physical security access control systems installation and administration
• Basic understanding of networking and desktop support
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, capable of resolving issues remotely
• Comfortable using Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or proven sustained work with S2 NetBox and NetVR
• Network+ certification or similar
• Previous experience as an access control technician
