About the Role

Zarthi is looking for a fresh graduate to join their Engineering & Alliance Ops team. This position involves working with cloud operations and engineering tasks, specifically focusing on the monitoring and analysis of cloud-hosted server performance and resource utilization. The role also requires handling service desk requests and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process service requests raised by the inter-department or management, ensuring tasks are completed within the defined SLAs
• Continuously monitor the health and performance of cloud-hosted servers and applications
• Raise incidents/tickets according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and severity levels

---

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in B.Tech or B.C.A
• Basic knowledge of Cloud and Monitoring tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to discretion and confidentiality
• Willingness to learn new skills and implement them as per the role's requirements
