What You’ll Do

• Respond to support requests via email and phone
• Perform issue resolution within SLAs
• Troubleshoot AV and conference room connectivity issues
• Ensure clean ticket management and prompt follow-ups
• Identify automation opportunities and script solutions
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and support documentation
• Take ownership of projects and contribute proactively
• Flexibility for overtime and cross-departmental tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
• Experience with Jamf, Intune, Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with remote access & internet-based troubleshooting
• Understanding of ticketing tools like Zendesk or Freshservice
• Strong multitasking skills, a proactive mindset, and a good sense of humor
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed
