Job Description

Xapo Bank is a fully distributed fintech company headquartered in Gibraltar, focused on economic freedom and wealth protection worldwide. This internship offers a chance to work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration at the Gibraltar office.

Position Overview

This is a 2-month internship for students eager to gain hands-on experience in platform development and operations, working directly with the platform team on real-world projects in the fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Support platform operations and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor platform performance and generate reports.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve user experience and optimize the platform.
• Participate in cross-department projects supporting platform goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Exposure to IT/change management projects through coursework or internships.
• Basic understanding of Data Management principles.
• Familiarity or interest in Cloud technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Logical problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) is a plus.
