Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration and automation, is hiring for an Internship in Software Engineering (AI Solutions). This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world projects using Workato’s low-code/no-code platform, helping to automate and integrate enterprise software for global clients.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and business teams to build and optimize AI-driven workflows and integrations—ideal for students passionate about automation, integration, and AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and test workflows using Workato’s low-code/no-code platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements
• Document integration processes and best practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation or platform issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in iPaaS tools, AI workflows, and digital automation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related undergraduate program
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, REST, and SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with JSON, data mapping, and automation tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in EMEA/US shift hours (2 PM – 11 PM IST)
