Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong skills in cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and incident management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system health across distributed applications and respond proactively.
• Develop automated detection and resolution strategies for incidents.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement DevOps best practices.
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem activities.
• Administer and optimize monitoring/logging tools for observability.
• Support containerized environments using Docker; Kubernetes/Terraform is a plus.
• Perform basic scripting in Linux; Windows scripting is optional.
• Execute SQL queries for system diagnostics.
• Optimize data pipelines; Snowflake knowledge is a bonus.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AWS (GCP or Azure acceptable with core services).
• Linux shell scripting (bash/sh/zsh); Windows scripting is a plus.
• Basic programming in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Docker experience; Kubernetes familiarity preferred.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and performance tuning.
• SQL query skills and data troubleshooting.
• Incident management tooling and workflows.
