Wishtree Technologies is actively hiring DevOps Engineers with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, ideal for professionals with expertise in cloud platforms, firewalls, automation tools, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

Firewall & Networking

• Configure and manage hardware firewalls: Sophos, Fortinet, SonicWall
• Implement IPSec VPNs, routing, NATing, and web filtering
• Analyze firewall logs for security incidents
• Set up LAN/WAN segmentation and hybrid network topologies

Server Administration (On-Prem & Cloud)

• Manage Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows servers
• Virtualization via VMware/Hypervisor/GenCenter
• Patch management, system backups, and disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot CPU, memory, I/O latency issues

Automation & Monitoring

• Develop Ansible playbooks for server configuration
• Manage monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, CloudWatch
• Use PromQL for custom alerts and dashboards
• Leverage SCCM or ManageEngine for compliance

Security & Compliance

• Implement endpoint protection (CrowdStrike, Kaspersky, Cortex, etc.)
• Handle incident response and malware analysis
• Enforce USB and device control policies
• IAM-based access management and RCA documentation

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS Preferred)

• Manage EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route Tables
• Automate provisioning using Ansible or Terraform
• Set up CloudWatch alarms and logging systems
• Secure communications across multiple VPCs

Required Skills

• Hardware firewall configuration and network diagnostics
• Server patching, troubleshooting, and OS performance tuning
• AWS services: IAM, EC2, S3, CLI tools, and infrastructure integration
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Docker
• Endpoint protection & incident workflows
• Experience with Prometheus, CloudWatch, monitoring dashboards

• Azure Cloud exposure
• Experience with web deployment: Apache, Node.js, MongoDB, ReactJS
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker
• Knowledge of hybrid DR strategies
