Salary:

• 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
• 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
• 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
• 4th Year: ₹23,000
• Joining Bonus: ₹75,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Academics:
  • 10th & 12th: Pass
  • Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university guidelines)
• Subjects:
  • Core Mathematics must be studied during Graduation
  • Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics
• Education Gap:
  • Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and Graduation
  • No gaps allowed during Graduation (must be completed in 3 years)
• Backlogs:
  • One backlog is allowed at the time of online assessment
  • Backlogs must be cleared with the 6th semester
• Citizenship:
  • Indian Citizen or must hold a PIO/OCI card if holding a foreign passport
  • Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit a citizenship certificate
• Age: Must be 18 years or above at the time of registration

Selection Process

Round 1 - Online Assessment (80 mins)

• Verbal: 20 questions (20 mins)
• Analytical: 20 questions (20 mins)
• Quantitative: 20 questions (20 mins)
• Written Communication Test: 20 mins

Round 2 - Voice Assessment

Candidates who clear the online test will proceed to the voice assessment round.

Round 3 - Business Discussion

Shortlisted candidates from the voice assessment will proceed to the business discussion round.

Service Agreement

• Duration: 60 months
• If the candidate leaves before this period, the joining bonus must be repaid on a pro-rata basis.
