Job Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-grade support via email and phone
• Address core product-related technical queries
• Troubleshoot issues using REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Perform root cause analysis using logs and databases
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams
• Ensure fast issue resolution and high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• BE/BTech or BSc in IT/CS/Electronics/E&TC
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience (preferably in B2B SaaS)
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Good people skills and situational handling
• Highly self-motivated and independent
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
