About the Role

VT Netzwelt is hiring a highly skilled Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer with expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. You will collaborate closely with the DevOps and SRE teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems that support the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure highly available and scalable infrastructure.
• Architecture & Deployment: Design multi-tier architectures and deployment pipelines for smooth application delivery.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automation pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and FluxCD.
• Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Platform Expertise: Support full-stack applications, Magento, and Bitrise mobile build pipelines.
• DevOps Tools: Manage tools like Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and virtualization platforms.
• Linux Administration: Troubleshoot and maintain Linux-based systems.
• DevSecOps: Integrate security practices into CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with developers, architects, and stakeholders to provide scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Networking: Optimize network configurations for secure, low-latency communications.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement tools like Grafana and Prometheus for proactive monitoring and alerting.
• Optional: MLOps experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in DevOps/SRE roles with strong exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Tools & Skills:
  • Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket, Bamboo, FluxCD
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, virtualization tools
  • Linux system administration and networking
  • Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
  • DevSecOps practices
  • Magento and full-stack deployment exposure
  • MLOps knowledge (optional)
