We're hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support mission-critical environments, scale cloud-native systems, and drive automation through engineering-driven innovation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (Aurora PostgreSQL, EC2, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, etc.)
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Ansible, Jenkins
• Design scalable Aurora PostgreSQL clusters and automate database operations (backups, failover, tuning)
• Implement SRE principles: monitoring, incident management, Chaos Engineering, reducing toil
• Support enterprise applications (Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, Docker, SSL certs)
• Troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and deploy preventive fixes
• Collaborate across DevOps and development teams for performance optimization and CI/CD integration
• Contribute to global Agile SRE team across India, US, and Canada

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SRE experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
• 3+ years in AWS cloud ecosystem: EC2, ECS, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, Load Balancers
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL tooling: pgAdmin, psql, PITR, vacuuming, indexing
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python
• Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Honeycomb, New Relic, Dynatrace
• Familiarity with containerized platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS
• Scripting: Python, Bash, Node.js, JavaScript
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on-call schedules
