Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure high availability and performance of the Scipher platform by building scalable systems, automating processes, and collaborating across development and operations. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in a cloud-native, DevOps-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly available, scalable systems.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Azure, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, handle escalations, and drive RCA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth deployment.
• Implement tools for observability, automation, and uptime monitoring.
• Conduct training on infrastructure and DevOps tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate / Azure, Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Expertise in:
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Languages: Python, Java, Scala (OOP/Functional)
  • DevOps Tools (CI/CD, IaC, Monitoring)
