Job Description

Are you passionate about Linux systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools? Vertoz is hiring a DevOps Intern to work alongside experienced engineers in an exciting, high-growth environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work confidently with the Linux command line (Ubuntu preferred)
• Gain hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services
• Learn and operate virtualization tools: KVM, VMware, VirtualBox
• Understand and troubleshoot network layers and Internet services
• Work with Redis, Apache Tomcat, or Apache Web Server
• Use SQL-based databases: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
• Implement automation tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Document tasks and standard operating procedures clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE / ME / BSc / MSc in Computer Science or IT
• Linux Certification (RHCE/RHCSA) is mandatory
• Strong understanding of DevOps and system automation fundamentals
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
• Candidates from Mumbai only (on-site position)
