Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to support and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth technical operations. This hybrid role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
• Provide L2/L3 support for Windows systems and infrastructure
• User management via Active Directory (creation, activation, deactivation)
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, GPOs, firewalls, VPNs, and bandwidth issues
• Install/configure Windows/Linux OS, manage patching via WSUS
• Monitor antivirus software and handle hardware repairs
• Maintain ticket logs, vendor coordination, and ISP escalations
• Collaborate with internal/external teams for smooth operations
• Preferred: Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda)

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Windows OS and Windows Server (2016–2022)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP
• Basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
• Familiar with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
• Awareness of IT security, patching, and access controls
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Linux OS / hybrid environments
• Knowledge of tools: Docker, Ansible, Terraform
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or Freshservice
• Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+
