Job Summary

Veradigm is hiring a Systems Engineer – Cloud Platforms to support, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role involves working with Azure resources, identity services, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code while ensuring secure and reliable cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and monitor Azure resources such as VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, and databases.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for Azure-hosted applications and services.
• Perform Azure Entra ID troubleshooting for identity and access management.
• Manage Users and Groups in Azure Entra & Active Directory.
• Support Azure security best practices including identity management, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Contribute to Terraform code and GitHub Workflows for Azure resource automation.
• Stay updated on new Azure services, features, and certifications.
• Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cloud computing, preferably with hands-on experience on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience using PowerShell or Azure CLI for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of networking concepts: IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls.
• Knowledge of Active Directory fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Terraform, BICEP, or ARM templates.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and pursue relevant cloud certifications.
