Job Description
Vena Solutions has recently launched operations in India and is introducing the Software Development CO-OP/Internship Program—a structured initiative aimed at providing fresh graduates with hands-on technical experience and exposure to best practices in the industry.

The program is designed to help candidates transition into full-time roles by working directly with the Product & Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical training covering Core Java, React, Git, SQL/MongoDB, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Contribute to real-world projects under mentor guidance
• Design, code, test, and debug software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business needs
• Follow industry standards in development and documentation
• Learn scrum, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Receive weekly mentorship and feedback
• Contribute to team discussions and process improvements

Candidate Requirements

• Strong foundation in Core Java, React, Git, SQL/MongoDB
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exposure to full-stack development is a plus
• Effective communication and critical thinking
