Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes environments
- Administer and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters
- Support container tech stack: Docker, Podman, CRI-O
- Deploy and manage HELM, Operators, and CRDs
- Manage Kubernetes networking: Ingress, Service Mesh, CNI Plugins
- Implement GitOps using ArgoCD, Tekton, or FluxCD
- Automate infrastructure via Ansible, Terraform, and Helm charts
- Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Monitor/log using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenShift Logging
- Apply Kubernetes security best practices: RBAC, SCCs, Pod Security Policies
- Manage CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Deep understanding of container and orchestration technologies
- Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps tools
- Familiarity with modern observability tools and logging frameworks
- Commitment to security and operational excellence
- Strong scripting and automation mindset
