Internship Overview – Kubernetes Intern

The Kubernetes Intern role is designed for candidates looking to build a strong career in Cloud DevOps, Kubernetes Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Platform Engineering.

You will work hands-on with production-grade Kubernetes environments, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, gaining skills that are highly valued in high-paying global tech markets.

Core Responsibilities

Kubernetes & Container Orchestration

• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters on:
  • AWS EKS
  • Azure AKS
• Configure and manage:
  • Ingress controllers (NGINX, ALB, Application Gateway)
  • Autoscaling (HPA, Cluster Autoscaler)
  • Resource limits, namespaces, and network policies
• Deploy and manage applications using Helm charts
• Debug and resolve production Kubernetes issues:
  • Pods, networking, DNS, scaling, and cluster health

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Build reusable Terraform modules for:
  • Networking (VPC / VNet, Subnets, Security Groups)
  • Kubernetes clusters and supporting cloud services
• Manage Terraform:
  • State files
  • Multiple environments
  • Versioning and lifecycle safely
• Follow best practices using terraform plan/apply discipline

CI/CD Automation – GitHub Actions

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Automate:
